iPad also have some drawbacks
Apple had always ruled the global market with its new innovations and users wait for Apple’s new release. Now, it’s the turn of iPad and has become the hot topic in the tech world. Apple’s recent release is simply awesome as always. But, we users can never stop our expectations. Let’s have a quick look on the features it lacks which would have made the iPad feel even better.
In this fast moving pace of world, users always wanted to perform more actions at a time. But, iPad does not support multitasking that restricts users from performing applications in the background.
Users would like to transfer data now and then from one media to another. iPad does not allow users to synch up with another computer. It does not have a camera as well. iPad users cannot play with their photographic skills.
iPad lags a slot for memory card. Of course, there is an alternative. Users can achieve it with the use of iPad Camera Connection Kit but that needs an extra pay. There is no USB port as well. This needs a dock connector.
A Wi-Fi only version does not support GPS while 3G versions use GPS via cell-tower triangulation. No GPS in your iPad if in dead zone or bad connectivity areas. Reports previously said that Apple iPad will be launched as two versions, one with OLED screen and one without OLED. But, now experts feel it would be better to have an iPad with OLED screen.
iPad does not provide a Flash support for the web browser. iPad is compatible with any iPhone app without modifications but still, users can view them only at the center of the screen with the size of their iPhone. It can be blown up but, text and images are not guaranteed to be clear.
Typing with iPad is not quite comfortable and the large screen looks dull without any widgets. The e-book readers can be happy with the battery life of 10 hours but the lovers of games and users who always surf net are disappointed with the battery life which lasts only for 1 or 2 hours.
Charging is another bottleneck for iPad users. It can neither be charged over a USB port nor can be charged if in synch with iTunes. Apple allows users only to charge with AC wall adapter and the battery cannot be exchanged.
The biggest advantage is the use of iPad case as there are many models available.
